This recipe is super easy and a great way to try spanish morcilla for the first time!
About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 package of Despana Morcilla - Use this link for 10% off your order
1 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion - sliced
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 15.5 oz can of butter beans (do not drain)
15.5 oz water
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste
Preparation
Add the olive oil to a hot saucepan with the yellow onion.
Sautee and stir frequently until the onions begin to brown
Add the minced garlic and the morcilla. I recommend cutting the morcilla into 1 inch pieces before adding it. Cook for 3 more minutes
Add the entire can of beans - including the juice. Fill the empty can with water and pour this into the pot as well.
Add the paprika and bring the stew to a boil.
Skim the skum off the surface of the soup using a stew
Simmer on low for 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy!
